Giga Flex Industrial

CSW’s Giga Flex industrial development project consists of a 15.613-acre commercial parcel located along FM 973 across SH-130 from Tesla’s 2,500-acre Gigafactory in Austin, TX.  Upon the completion of construction, the site will consist of five (5), industrial, shallow bay buildings totaling 120,000 in leasable square feet. Each ±24,000-SF building will sit on approximately 2 acres and will feature expansive, dedicated fenced yard space.

2502 Trimmier
Retail Building
Killeen, tx
2502 Trimmier is a fully leased, 13,170-SF retail building on a 1.325-acre parcel located in Killeen, Texas.  The property is currently occupied by CVS Pharmacy under a long-term lease with several years remaining, providing rental income as a national credit tenant. CSW intends to hold the asset, while maintaining the flexibility to redevelop the property if the opportunity arises.

Located at 5119 E 7th Street in Austin, Texas, this development is a five story, class A multi-family wrap building development with 338 units, LÍrica Apartments.
