CSW Development was formed in 2004 to assist growing community service providers with the implementation of their real estate strategy. We pursue this goal by gaining an in-depth understanding of our client’s business model. From this, we are able to identify the real estate related metrics which are necessary to position our clients to achieve success.
Both as property owners and developers, our business practices are based in the belief that the long-term prosperity generated by our work and our partners’ investment comes from the value added to the community at large. That value is the important and needed service of providing well maintained, competitively priced and fairly administered rental property to people who need space for their business.
The CSW team has been in existence for over 18 years. Since our inception in 2004, we have successfully completed more than 100 real estate projects with a combined market value of over $1.2 billion. Through our breadth of experience representing a wide array of successful companies, CSW has developed an efficient system supported by an experienced team to perpetuate the growth of our clients.

In addition to Todd's role at CSW Development, Todd is President of JLL Central Texas, which covers both Austin and San Antonio markets, and has been in Real Estate Brokerage for over 25 years representing national and regional retailers with both their expansion and disposition needs. Todd is a member of the National Western Life Insurance Board of Directors, Dell Children's Foundation Board of Trustees, the Chancellor's Council Executive Committee (CCEC) for The University of Texas System of Schools, Young President's Organization (YPO), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and The Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). Todd is also a recipient of JLL's most-prestigious awards - Champion of Excellence, which recognizes his career-long contributions to the firm, colleagues, family, and community.
ROBERT o' FARRELL
Aside from his duties at CSW, Robert has been in Real Estate Brokerage for over 25 years. He specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiations, site acquisition, project analysis and disposition initiatives. Robert has handled lease negotiations for over 5,000,000 square feet. Robert's responsibilities for CSW include Site Evaluation, Due Diligence, Land Acquisition and Entitlements. Robert is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and The Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). He has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
CFO & COO
Kevin Hunter has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage and Development.
Kevin specializes in both ground up development and redevelopment, project planning, acquisition, renovation, leasing and management. His responsibilities include the direct oversight, coordination and management of all project development and construction activities while working directly with key decision makers to complete projects in a timely and cost effective manner. Kevin has completed successful projects including retail, medical offices, multi-family, and industrial assets. He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Broker. Kevin has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ben brings 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, and project management
to CSW Development. Specializing in shopping center development, his responsibilities include entitlement process, initial development planning, design conception, tenant coordination and all aspects of construction and project management. Ben is a licensed real estate broker. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and served in the United States Army.
PROJECT & DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Cindy manages all aspects of the real estate development process, including acquisition, entitlements, permitting, and closings. She also focuses on client relations, marketing, and lease administration. Cindy studied Data Processing and Analysis at the University of Texas at Austin. She brings over 30 years of project management experience in both commercial and residential real estate to CSW.
Stephanie assists the team in providing financial analysis in support to the financing, acquisition, marketing and sale of commercial real estate properties. She also assists the team in ground up project development. She has over 6 years in real estate development. She has a Bachelor's degree in
Corporate & Investment Banking with a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
Connor's responsibilities include initial feasibility, market analysis, financial modeling, planning and design, and construction. As an Analyst, he is involved in all aspects of the development process and works across every project type. Connor has over 3 years of real estate experience underwriting multifamily debt. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
Allan serves as CSW’s Controller where he is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions. He has over 8 years of real estate accounting experience across multiple asset classes. Allan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Information Technology Management from University at Albany. Allan is a Certified Public Accountant.
Paula manages and coordinates CSW's day-to-day operations and oversees all administration. She is also project lead on all self-storage projects. She has over 17 years of career experience including 6 years of commercial retail property management. Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Shelby is responsible for the execution of all commercial real estate marketing strategies. She manages all property marketing efforts, including the creating, designing, and developing internal and external marketing collateral. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and brings 5 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing.
Along with his role at CSW, Jon has been in commercial real estate brokerage since 2011. He specializes in retail tenant representation, site acquisitions, and project leasing. Jon's client list includes: Orangetheory Fitness, Lens Crafter, One Medical, Trek Bikes, Black Rock Coffee, Verizon, and Ray Ban. Jon has been involved in the leasing and development of over 2,500,000 square feet. Jon's responsibilities with CSW include site evaluation, due diligence, property acquisition, and project leasing. Jon is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
Aside from his duties at CSW, Travis has been in Real Estate Brokerage for nearly 15 years. He specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiations, site acquisition, project analysis and project leasing. Travis’ responsibilities for CSW include site evaluation, due diligence, land acquisition and project leasing. Travis is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Austin’s responsibilities with CSW include site evaluation, due diligence, property acquisition, and entitlements. Aside from his duties at CSW, Austin has been in real estate brokerage for 15 years. He specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiations, property acquisition and disposition services. His partial client list includes: Trader Joe’s, Bridgestone Firestone, AT&T Wireless, Raising Cane’s, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. Austin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES), and past Firefighter & Board of Directors President of the Driftwood Volunteer Firefighters. Austin, along with his wife Mandy, are proud Texas Tech Red Raider alumni and currently raising two future Raiders!
